We’re looking for a capable, proactive and highly organised Agency Coordinator to help run the show behind the scenes - someone who can manage projects, chase deadlines, coordinate contractors, and make sure the Managing Director stays focused on what matters.
This is a hands-on, high-trust role that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work inside a well-established agency doing exciting, high-profile work.

Responsibilities
As a Workflow Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Assign and track incoming work across internal staff and contractors
- Set timelines, chase deliverables, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Coordinating designers, developers, editors and other creatives to meet deadlines
- Helping onboard new clients and setting up internal workflows
- Organise and maintain internal workflows, checklists, and SOPs (we’ll train you)
- Prepare daily priorities and weekly planning for the Managing Director
- Keeping everything moving forward and improving how we work as we grow
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in the position, you must possess the following attributes:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Are confident managing people and timelines (nicely but firmly)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (digital based)
- Have experience in an agency, operations, or project coordination role
- Are based in Adelaide and value face-to-face collaboration
